Apart from elevating the lives of the community through Level Up Tribes LLC and the Level Up Tribes Podcast, Agnes is also a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher. 

She works with individuals who suffer from anxiety, trauma, and PTSD to find healing and overcome their physical and mental barriers, one deep breath at a time.  Agnes is a student of the philosophy of Teacher Megan Cannon of Cactus Moon School of Yoga. She follows a love-based approach to help students embrace their imperfections and claim the best version of themselves on the mat and off the mat. Agnes fostered a lifelong love for yoga and credits a podcast interview she hosted with Megan as the reason she finally pursued teaching as another avenue to serve others. 

With a career of over 30+ years in public service and currently as a Deputy City Clerk for the City of Mesa, Agnes is passionate about cheering on personal development. She brings these skills both to the mat and the mic as she guides students and listeners through holistic alternatives to the often destructive habits and therapies available to them.  

Through Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Yoga, and Meditation, Agnes’s mission is to Level Up ‘hope’ for her tribe of students. Agnes holds a BS in Business Management and completed her 200 YTT certification through Cactus Moon School of Yoga.
