Hi Beloveds!

Agnes Beltran Goodwine, is the owner of Level Up Tribes, LLC and host of the Level Up Tribes Podcast—both dedicated to helping others elevate their lives through wellness and personal development. With a professional background that includes more than 20 years of public service experience, Agnes has dedicated her career to guiding others on journeys towards happiness, success, freedom, and greater understanding of their own power. Agnes remains dedicated to continually bettering herself, as well, and seeks out the best in others. She is a strong believer in actions that require stepping out of one’s comfort zone to identify and break through roadblocks to create their “best selves.” 

In addition to her work with Level Up Tribes, Agnes has worked since 2014 in the Mesa City Clerk's Office, where she helps manage elections, voter outreach programs, and other day-to-today operations. She genuinely cares about the citizens of her community, and has over the years built strong relationships with residents, community leaders, and staff. Agnes is a Certified Master Municipal Clerk and a proud member of the Arizona Municipal Clerks Association and the International Municipal Clerks Association. Throughout her professional career, Agnes has been involved in many projects requiring strategic thinking, leadership, problem solving, and advanced management. She continually draws on these experiences, adding her own twist of spiritual mindfulness when developing topics and programs for Level Up Tribes, LLC. 

Originally from Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, Agnes relocated to Delaware and then to Georgia before making Arizona home. She earned a B.A. in Business with a minor in Project Management from Saint Leo University. She is unafraid to admit that life hasn’t always been easy but credits her “angels on earth” with giving her that extra nudge to overcome. Through her work with Level Up Tribes, she hopes to do the same for others who may be experiencing challenges. 

When she’s not working, Agnes enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family.

She is also a certified Yoga Teacher.
