In today's episode I sit down with Ros Griffith AKA YogaRos in the United Kingdom's yoga community for the past 20 years.
Conversing with Ros was like having a one on one with a long time friend, her spirit is super welcoming and if we wasn't in different time zones, we would have probably talked for hours.
Over the years, Ros has invested time in teaching classical yoga, somatic yoga movements and pilates, but she has added another pillar and that is to serve as a mentor for newly certified yoga teachers.
Ros is offering mentoring support to new teachers who have just completed their yoga teachers training or pilates training and/or are feeling the need to talk about their experiences, concerns or worries about starting their teacher journey.
Her Facebook group page Teachers Together with YogaRos is a safe space for newly qualified yoga and pilates teachers to grow and learn.

She’s a freethinking, gun-toting, trilingual black visionary from Texas with an aggressive appetite for innovation. At the heart of her debut album, space cowgirl, is a spirit of solo exploration aimed at the stars and beyond, fueled by the magnificent cosmos. for saint, life is a mission of self-creation—and there are no limits.
Forever inspired by innovative female icons Nina Simone, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga, Saint combines funk and soul with silky vocals and brutally honest lyrics. She draws diverse musical themes and styles from the creative wellspring that cuts across time, space, and genre.
Having spent her childhood moving from place to place, saint hopes her music will encourage other intrepid explorers to reach new heights by trusting their gut instincts. Join Jim and I as we discuss his latest book "Expand the Power of Your Subconscious Mind".
"You don’t get what you want in life— you get what you expected unless what you want and what you expect are the same. Your self-concept is created by your self-talk and your self-concept determines your performance in any area of your life." C James Jensen
C. James "Jim" Jensen began his career as a salesman with Encyclopedia Britannica in his senior year of college. Within seven years he had become International Sales Manager in charge of worldwide sales. At the age of 28, he became Senior Vice President and CEO of Great Books of the Western World, a division of Encyclopedia Britannica. In this same year (1969) Jim and his wife, Jeri, attended a 4-day seminar that would have an incredible impact on their lives forever. As is written in the Introduction, Jim became both a voracious student and, ultimately, teacher of many of the principles written in his book, Expand the Power of Your Subconscious Mind.
Today, Jim provides executive coaching, consulting, and advisory services to emerging growth and mid-sized companies. He is an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization, serves as a life director for the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and is a member of the board of directors as well as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the board of Aspen Group, Inc.

In 2010 Dr. Erin Ellis was diagnosed with a rare form of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at age 31. She never thought in a million years that she would have been diagnosed with cancer at such a young age, but it was the turning point in her life.
Receiving this diagnosis and kicking its butt gave her the drive, the motivation and determination to get out of her own way and become the doctor she always wanted to be.
She graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017 and worked at a naturopathic urgent care in N. Scottsdale seeing medical cases ranging from acute to chronic and seen in pediatrics to geriatrics. After 2.5 years, she decided to branch out on my own and spread the modalities of Naturopathic Medicine to the East Valley.
